Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Distrova, Inc. (“Distrova,” “we,” or “us”) and govern your use of our websites, mobile apps, and consumer brands — including Muha Meds and Bodega Boys (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law) and a legal resident of a jurisdiction in which we operate to use the Services for cannabis or age-restricted purchases.

We use third-party identity-verification providers to confirm your age and identity. You agree to provide accurate information and a valid, government-issued ID at our request. We may refuse service or cancel orders if verification fails.

Distrova is a technology platform that connects consumers with licensed retail partners (including dispensaries) and independent delivery drivers. Distrova is not the seller of cannabis products. Each order is fulfilled by a licensed retailer, who is the merchant of record for that transaction.

Drivers are independent contractors of the retailers or of third-party delivery networks, not Distrova employees, except where expressly stated.

• Product availability, pricing, taxes, and delivery fees are provided by retail partners and may change without notice.
• We may limit, refuse, or cancel orders — including after an order is placed — for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory issues, failed verification, or violation of these Terms.
• Delivery windows are estimates. Real-world conditions (traffic, weather, retailer staffing) may extend them.
• An adult 21+ must be present, sober, and able to present a valid ID at delivery. Drivers may refuse to release an order otherwise.

Payment is processed by our payment partners. By providing payment details, you authorize us and the retailer of record to charge the applicable amounts. Refunds, returns, and adjustments are governed by the fulfilling retailer’s policy, subject to applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for resale, diversion across jurisdictional lines, or any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your age, identity, or location, or use the account of another person.
• Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services or attempt to access them by means other than the interfaces we provide.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers, retail staff, or our personnel.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Distrova related to your account and orders, including order status updates, driver coordination during active deliveries, identity-verification reminders, and account security alerts.

Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Reply STOP to any Distrova message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@distrova.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS disclosures.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@distrova.net of any unauthorized access.

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and brand marks (Distrova, Muha Meds, Bodega Boys, and others), are owned by Distrova or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISTROVO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE period — pending PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Distrova, its affiliates, and our retail and driver partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of state — pending, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by forum / arbitration provider — pending.

Where permitted by law, you and Distrova waive any right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
