Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information across the Distrova platform and its brands.

01Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Distrova, Inc. (“Distrova,” “we,” or “us”) and our consumer brands — including Muha Meds and Bodega Boys— collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our websites, mobile apps, and delivery services (collectively, the “Services”).
Because our brands operate cannabis and age-restricted retail deliveries, additional disclosures apply — see Age-restricted products.
02Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide. Name, email, phone, delivery address, date of birth, government-issued ID (for age verification), payment details, order history, and any messages you send us.
- Information collected automatically.Device and browser data, IP address, approximate geolocation, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Services. Collected via cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies & tracking.
- Information from third parties. Identity- verification vendors, payment processors, dispensary and retail partners, fraud-prevention services, and analytics providers.
03How we use information
- To verify your age and identity before fulfilling orders.
- To process and deliver orders, communicate order status, and route drivers.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To improve the Services, including measuring engagement and testing new features.
- To send transactional and (with consent where required) marketing communications.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
06Age-restricted products
Cannabis and certain other products distributed through our brands are sold only to adults 21 years of age or older (or the minimum age required by applicable law). To complete an order, we may collect a government-issued ID and biometric likeness solely to verify age and identity. This information is processed under strict access controls and retained only as required by law and our regulatory obligations.
07SMS & text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number when you create a Distrova account or place an order, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Distrova related to your account and your deliveries. We use your number for the following purposes only:
- Order status updates— confirmations, driver assignment, en-route, arrival, and delivery completion.
- Driver coordination— two-way chat between you and the delivery driver during an active order.
- Identity-verification reminders— one-time prompts to complete or re-submit ID verification.
- Account security alerts— sign-in notifications and password-reset requests you initiate.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP to any Distrova text message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
08Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (including cannabis- retail recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law.
09Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or limit our use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain “sales” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise these rights, email support@distrova.net. We will verify your request before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent.
California residents: additional disclosures under the CCPA/CPRA, including categories of personal information collected and disclosed in the past 12 months, are available on request.
11Children
The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we never sell age-restricted products to anyone under 21.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date and, where required, communicated to you directly.
